【摘要】:Dichloromethane-solublematerialsaretypicallyreferredtoasextractives.Theseextractivesarecomprisedoforganicmaterialsthatoriginatedinthewoodorcotton.Themeasureisanindicationoftheefficiencyofremovalofthesesubstancesduringpulpingandbleaching.Theextractivelevelisofconcerntodissolvingpulpuserssincethepresenceoflargeamountsofextractivescouldinhibittheprocessingofcelluloseintothedesiredderivative.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofdichloromethane-solublematterincelluloseandisapplicabletodissolving-typecellulosepulpspreparedfromcottonorwood.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
