【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62271isapplicabletothree-polealternatingcurrentswitchesforratedvoltages52kVandabove,havingmakingandbreakingcurrentratings,forindoorandoutdoorinstallations,andforratedfrequenciesuptoandincluding60Hz.Thisstandardisalsoapplicabletotheoperatingdevicesoftheseswitchesandtotheirauxiliaryequipment.NOTE1Switchesforgasinsulatedswitchgeararecoveredbythisstandard.NOTE2Switcheshavingadisconnectingfunctionandcalledswitch-disconnectorsarealsocoveredbyIEC62271-102.NOTE3Earthingswitchesarenotcoveredbythisstandard.EarthingswitchesforminganintegralpartofaswitcharecoveredbyIEC62271-102.Themainobjectofthisstandardistoestablishrequirementsforswitchesusedintransmissionanddistributionsystems.General-purposeswitchesforthisapplicationaredesignedtocomplywiththefollowingserviceapplications:–carryingratednormalcurrentcontinuously;–carryingshort-circuitcurrentsforaspecifiedtime;–switchingofmainlyactiveloads;–switchingofno-loadtransformers;–switchingofthechargingcurrentofunloadedcables,overheadlinesorbusbars;–switchingofclosed-loopcircuits;–makingshort-circuitcurrents.Afurtherobjectofthisstandardistoestablishrequirementsforlimited-purposeandspecialpurposeswitchesusedintransmissionanddistributionsystems.Limited-purposeswitchesshallcomplywithoneormoreoftheserviceapplicationsindicatedabove.Special-purposeswitchesmaycomplywithoneormoreoftheserviceapplicationsindicatedaboveand,inaddition,shallbesuitableforoneormoreofthefollowingapplications:–switchingsinglecapacitorbanks;–switchingback-to-backcapacitorbanks;–switchingshuntreactorsincludingsecondaryortertiaryreactorsswitchedfromtheprimarysideofthetransformer;–applicationsrequiringanincreasednumberofoperatingcycles;–switchingunderearthfaultconditionsinnon-effectivelyearthedneutralsystems.

适用范围
本标准规定了液压挖掘机起重能力的测试方法。本标准适用于履带式和轮胎式的、有支腿和无支腿(或其他稳定装置)的可用于起重作业的各种液压挖掘机。本标准不适用于桁架式起重臂、使用钢丝绳进行起重作业的情况。
